Today’s presentation What kind of organization is the Alberta Lacrosse Association? What kind of organization do you want to become? What are the characteristics of highly effective sport teams? How can this be applied to the running of your organization?

High performance high performance organizations are characterized by performance that is consistently higher than that of the majority of peer organisations in the same sector over a prolonged time period.
