Sessions we are Aiming to Increase on Utilising existing resources Not reinventing the wheel Taking Vital Stepping Stones to Move-It Mobility 6 to 8 weeks Prevention Programme Or Treatment Programme This can be delivered either in a Group basis 121/Peripatetic - tailored or bespoke programmes Workshop / Mini Courses Signposting

Its obvious that any exercise and education is great for our wellbeing We are an ageing population Community lifestyle changes with better prospects Save Money & less pressure on NHS Keeping money in the local area and Lincolnshire Not unnecessarily subcontracting to outside professionals

How Can Funding Help This Project? 5 x 121’s Bespoke Peripatetic in the Home = £175.00 Only £35 per week - Same for husband and wife Per Course 10 Clients/Patients 8 x room rental cost – av: £30 per half day session daytime village hall = £240.00 Instructor per day rate = £180.00 per course Including Administration & Monitoring = £1440.00 = £1680.00 Divided by 10 patients on a course = Only £168.00 per person per course If not partially self funded

SAVING £££££££££’s Equipment Inclusive Full Programme already set up and successfully running No training required as using Highly Qualified Health Professionals Up skilling will run alongside courses for volunteers or new instructors Any additional training required is self funded or grant aided Some patients/clients will fund or partially fund themselves depending on what course and situation Same cost for 221 Peripatetic in the home couple (Husband Wife) Reduce the need for Medication or not have any to start with Richmond Park and other areas of classes/courses are free Marketing via GP referrals / Surgeries / John Coupland Hospital / Collaborating with local Groups & Organisations Prevention is an unknown quantity
