My Goals for 2009 Jeremy - Y6

MY NUMERACY GOAL I want to learn how to write numbers (like 100) in words (like one hundred). I want to do this because I want to get faster at my “Top Ten” questions at maths time. I will do this by practicing the spelling of “number-words” at home and at school.

MY LITERACY GOAL I want to write more interesting stories. I want to do this because I think my stories are a bit dull now. I will do this by using more interesting words, and making good use of a thesaurus and dictionary.

MY PERSONAL GOAL I want to make the best use of my learning time. I want to do this because I want to learn more and be more focused. I will do this by listening to the teacher at the right time and not talking until my work is done.
