Getting started Once you have selected your category, a range of templates are available: Roller Banners A4 Posters A6 Postcards We are adding to these as the project develops There are different areas that can be edited on each template

Starting a new order Select the template you want and click on ORDER To create a new template click on NEW Previous saved templates will be displayed here.

Editing Insert the text you want to appear Event Name if applicable Time, Date, Venue if applicable Branch Name Telephone Email Website Click UPDATE to preview on screen

Ordering The variable text will be displayed on the left hand side of the screen If you are happy click SAVE AS and give the document a title. This will then be available for you to use again Click on PREVIEW to view your finished item in a new window. This is a watermarked proof, please see section on USER DOWNLOADS for how to print directly from the site When you are happy with the template click CLOSE, this will transfer the item onto your order page.

Checkout Under ACTIONS, click ORDER Select your quantity from the drop down menu and add to basket Click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT or CONTINUE SHOPPING You will pay via a paypal gateway The next page allows you to complete purchase order numbers if necessary and delivery details etc Addresses are saved in the address book once inputted once Click CONTINUE and it will take you through to the Paypal payment gateway. The order is then processed and an order confirmation email to the email address used to log in

User Downloads This section allows you to download your template directly to your desktop to print at your leisure You will edit templates in the same way as if you were ordering larger quantities, however when you PREVIEW there is no proof watermark This function should be used for smaller quantities, we would suggest less than 10
