outline: Introduction. Judge. Jury. Parties. Lawyers. Federal and most state court system. Nature of judicial process in Saudi Arabia. Conclusion.

Introduction: The role of the court system is to achieve justice. settle down disputes between parties. Without the court system , there will be an increase in the number of violations and crimes.

Why do people go to the court? Being accused of a crime in a criminal proceeding. - Being accused of civil violation in civil cases. Being are witnesses to a crime. Being victims to other people.

Judges: The most important person in the court system. Evaluate the evidence and what the parties, witnesses and lawyers say. Achieving justice and fair trial .

The Jury: plays a very important role in finding out the real facts in a trial. An important part in the court system. The Petit jury is the trial jury that returns the verdict.

The parties : Persons who are involved in the court or into a contract or other transactions. Persons who are involved in the court or into a contract or other transactions The person who is sued is called the defendant.

The Lawyers: Lawyers are people who speak for those people or represent people who should come to the court. To provide evidence that prove the innocence of the convict. attempt to persuade the judge and jury that the convict is innocent. take turns asking the witnesses questions or analyzing evidence. Administration of justice is the lawyer's first duty.
