Objectives By the end of our IC Session, department chairs will: Identify PLC member behaviors necessary to carry out data-driven, standards-based PLC goals by reflecting on currently observed member behaviors. Create a plan to facilitate PLC cultural shifts by writing action steps to support PLC members in addressing behaviors that can be counter-productive to creating productive PLC Culture Identify the 6-3-4s of PLCs by discussing explicit connections to individual content area and department culture.

Analyzing Teacher Practice Cultural Shifts in PLCs When considering conversations, ice breakers, past PLC interactions, and peer observations, what behaviors did you observe that were indicative of: Strengths as a productive PLC member?
