Making A Perfect Fruit Salad

Preparation First of all you will need to collect all your equipment such as... A chopping board, a cloth underneath the chopping board to stop it moving when cutting, a bowl to collect peels and pips, a slicing knife and a scraper also clean your surface.

Prepare Your Self first you’ll need to obviously need to wash your hands, then if you have long hair tie it back in a hair bobble or hair slides to keep your hair from falling into the fruit and an ape ran to keep your clothes clean.

Fruit Range You can have a range of fruit fresh or frozen but if you have frozen fruit you must let it thaw and remember to add them last. When you wash your fruit it is best to wash them in a collider or a sift over the sink to properly drain the fruit.

Preparing Fruit You should of peeled sliced and chopped your different fruit, mixed them all in one bowl then added apple juice to prevent the soft fruit from turning brown. The fruit that I chose for this example was Cherries, Raspberries, Pineapple, Kiwi, Orange and Grapes.

Tidy After Your Self After you have dished up your Fruit Salad you must wash up after your self that includes cleaning your surface and washing the dishes and utensils.
