New Business Safety Council Issue Updated Status POC UNCLASSIFIED Safety Council New Business Issue Updated Status POC Arming FPOs at each Readiness Centers has created a compliance issue for the proper storage of Ammunition Units need to ensure that they are properly storing ammo IAW Army and DoD standards. Safety office is developing a standard SOP for units to use and will be licensing arms vaults. COL Mullinax All States memorandum regarding possible lead contamination of Readiness Centers as a result of lead migration from Indoor Firing Ranges Safety & Health Office is conducting testing of armories and ranges in order to determine extent of lead contamination. LTC Henderson Availability of personnel at Readiness Centers for Inspections due to current threat postures. Units need to ensure that the proper personnel are available during scheduled facility inspections. 1SG Greene MSG Wilson UNCLASSIFIED

New Business Safety Council Issue Updated Status POC UNCLASSIFIED Safety Council New Business Issue Updated Status POC The continued effort of updating all Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to Safety Data Sheets (SDS). If assistance is needed contact the Safety Office. 1SG Greene MSG Wilson Proper accident and investigation reporting. Upon the receipt of the Green 8 report, DA Form 285 AB and instructions will be sent to the accident POC. Units will have 30 days to complete the form and send back to the Safety Office. Contact the POC in the Safety Office if assistance is needed. UNCLASSIFIED
