Result of the Proposed Change September 2009 Result of the Proposed Change Sufficient notice will be given to all interested parties that a confirmation vote may be held at the next session for everyone to ensure that they can attend and be part of the selection process. Sufficient time will be given to all interested parties submitting New Techniques to lobby for inclusion of those New Techniques in one or more Complete Proposals prior to confirmation vote. Sufficient notice will be given during a session for everyone to prepare for a confirmation vote once the working group has decided to hold a confirmation vote on one of the Complete Proposals.
