How the messages are constructed (Sentence Structure, Vocabulary, etc.) How the messages are delivered (tone of voice & projection, passion & commitment) What messages go where (what is the objective) Personally (F2F/phone) Digitally Intentional, Impactful, Consistent, Aligned, Agile, = AUTHENTIC 7
