Euro-Arab Foundation For Higher Studies Spaces available at the Euro-Arab Foundation’s headquarters in Granada and their lease terms

From the heart of the city that embraces the Alhambra Palace, the Euro-Arab Foundation welcomes its visitors. Located at the centre of Granada's historical district, a historic enclave of coexisting cultures and religions during the Andalusian era, same place where Europe and the Arab world are jointly represented nowadays.

Our headquarters enjoy multiple spaces made up of an auditorium, different rooms and open spaces, each of them equipped with audiovisual systems which provide a special kind of versatility in their use. The AUDITORIUM, located on the ground floor, seats up to 77 people theater style, with interpretation booths for 2 different languages.

The BOARDROOM, located on the second floor, is dedicated to holding seminars, workshops, round tables and presentations. The magnificent decoration of the room is a special singular work of the well-known artist Julio Juste.

The CENTRAL PATIO is another functional space The CENTRAL PATIO is another functional space. Exhibitions, concerts as well as representations take place there under a beautiful stained glass ceiling which sieves the intensity of the Southern sun through its white and blue glass.

The Euro-Arab Foundation offers, as well, other spaces. Several rooms are fully organised and equipped for meetings, workshops and courses.

OUR SPACES RENTAL RATES Current rates for 2016 for the use of the facilities of the Euro-Arab Foundation for Higher Studies, from Monday to Friday, are as follows: AUDITORIUM.- 350 €/full day - 200 €/half day. Theater style. Seats up to 77 people. PA system / Video Projector and a Screen– Computer / Wifi Simultaneous Interpretation Booths. (*) BOARDROOM.- 300 €/full day– 180 €/half day Multifunctional. Large oval shaped table Seats up to 30 people / Wifi MEETING ROOM.- - 180 €/day – 100€/half day Rectangular shaped table. Seats up to 14 people. Wifi CENTRAL PATIO .- 200 €/day Maximum Capacity is of 65 people. HUMAN AND TECHNICAL RESOURCES Rate for assisting staff after the Euro-Arab Foundation’s official working hours: 30 €/hour. Working hours at the Foundation are from 09h00 to 14h00 and from 17h00 to 20h00, between September, 16, and June, 14, while from June, 15, till September, 15, working hours are limited to morning hours, from 09h00 to 15h00. This schedule includes working days from Monday till Thursday, mornings and evenings, whileFridays, only mornings. Any activity that continues after these official working hours will be charged according to the above mentioned rate for assisting staff after the Foundation’s official working hours. These rates do NOT include VAT.
