Transforming Care Quotes “Initially I thought that this was a waste of time and it was a management pleasing exercise .However I must say that the ward organisation and general cleanliness has improved . Time is saved with improvement in accessibility of stock. Evidently the ward appears much more organised” (Registered Nurse). 14

Transforming Care Quotes “From spending 7 weeks on the ward and continuing to work here regularly as bank I find that RTTC really works. The ward is well run and very well organised. Everything has its place and is easy to find. It saves time as a bank nurse not having to ask all the time where things are kept as everything is well labelled and stocked. This is not the case from my experience on other wards. I find a lot of my time working on other wards is spent asking where things are kept. In my opinion RTTC on ward G has resulted in a well organised and efficient ward. It is a pleasure to work there” (Student Nurse).
