PUBLIC LAND SURVEY SYSTEM FLORIDA PUBLIC LAND SURVEY SYSTEM UNIQUE IDENTIFIER Project developed in 1996 Jointly developed by University of Florida and Florida State University Capable of identifying every corner that requires a Certified Corner Record Developed to provide an intelligent system to track CCRs and the PLSS layer of the digital line graphs (DLG)
