Features Login facility for the security purpose with the change password facility. Define Product Category and Product Name. Define Intergradient Category and Ingredients Name. Define product specification with selected ingredients and their respective Quantities to be used for production per Kg. Calculate per Kg Cost. Sales Order and Purchase Order Management with goods dispatch and receive facility.

Security and Protection Login – User need to specify the User Name and Password to use the software.

Change Password This form is used to change the User Password. For changing the password, the user the must enter the Old Password, New Password and Confirm Password. Then click the Submit button.

Software Layout Configuration This form is used for the Software Layout Configuration Settings. The User can set the Color, Fonts and Other text properties according to his choice. For this fill up all the required fields and click on the Set Header Style button for setting the Header Configuration and Click on the Set Form Style button for Setting the Form Configuration. These Settings can be set as Default settings by clicking on the Set as Default button.

Master Module

Add New Category Edit Delete This form is used to add new Category (By specifying the Category Name) and to edit the pervious Product Category (By selecting the Category Name from the list).

Add New Dish This form is used to add new Dish in selected category (By selecting Category Name and specifying Dish Name) and to edit the pervious Dish (By selecting the Dish Name from the list, reselecting the Category from the drop down list, and retyping the Dish Name).

Add New Ingredient Category User need to type the Ingredient Category Name and click Add Ingredient Category button to add a new ingredient category. User can edit or delete the previous ingredient category by clicking pencil or cross symbol given with each ingredient.

Add New Ingredient This form is used to add new Ingredient Category by specifying the Ingredient Category, Ingredient Name, Cost, weight Unit. To edit the Ingredient Category select the Ingredient Name from the list and edit the respective fields.

Dish Specification This form specify the Dish Specification of the Dish in a specific Category Name. Select the Dish Name used in the specified Ingredient Category Type for the detailed specification of the Ingredient.

Staff Master This form is used to add/edit the staff member details by specifying Category of Staff, Employee Name, Address, Phone, Mobile, Salary, (In case if Category is “permanent”)

Suppliers Master Supplier Master – This form is used to add/edit the suppliers details by specifying Supplier Name, Address, Phone, Mobile. User can edit the previously added supplier by selecting their name from the list.

Customer Master Customer Master – This form is used to add/edit the customer details by specifying Customer Name, Address, Phone, Mobile. User can edit the previously added customer by selecting their name from the list.

Administration

Add New User This form is used for creating new User. Enter all the required information and click on Add User button. This form have different modules for the different Access Rights. All the Access Rights are defined here.

View /Update User This form is used to updating the user details. Select the user name to be edited and the details will appear which will be updated after clicking on Edit User button.

List of Users This form is used to list all the user details. Users can be locked and unlocked By Clicking on hyperlink Lock and Unlock in the action field.

Payrole Mangement

Attendence (PS) This form is used to add the attendance of the Permanent Staff members. By selecting the year and the month all the members will be listed . Attendance and bonus is added and then click on submit attendance

Attendence (TS) This form is used to add the attendance of the Temporary Staff members. By selecting the Date all the members and clicking on Show Employees will be listed . Attendance and bonus is added and then click on submit attendance.

Attendence (T) This form is used to add the attendance of the Thekedar. By selecting the Date and entering all the details of the Employees Attendance will be Submitted.

Customer

Customer Order This form is used for booking customer order. On selecting the customer name , all the details will appear. Party Details are filled up to book the order. On clicking Submit Order , the next form Customer Order Form appears with details and Total order Cost.

Customer Order Details This Form is used to see the customer order details and material list details. Once the customer and order is selected click on Show Order Details , next form will appear having required details. On clicking Show Material list Next form will be displayed as shown .

Reports

Dish Reports This form is used to show all the dish details by clicking on Show All Details. The form with all details will be displayed.

Print Order This form is used to Print order of any particular category and dish. Order will be selected and then click on Print button.

Dish Specification This form is used to list all the dish Specification by clicking on Show Report. Next Form with the list of all dishes will appear as shown above.

Monthly Salary Report This form is used to list all monthly salary report . After selecting Year , Staff Type and Month click on Shoe Report to get the report of Salary

Labour Detail This form is used to Show Details of labours. After selecting Year , Staff Type and Month click on Show Details to get the details of labour.

Partywise Report This form is used to show Partywise Reports. First select party venue time and then the report will appear.

Customer Details This form is used to show Customer Details. First select the customer details from the drop down menu and then details will be listed by clicking on Submit.

Supplier's Details This form is used to show Supplier Details. First select the Supplier details from the drop down menu and then details will be listed by clicking on Submit.
