Spotlight on: Our past year: Leadership for Improving Frontline Talent (LIFT) 87% participants felt the course content had the correct mix of policy, theory and practice, with a further 85% saying the course was reflective of regional and national concerns. 100% of managers would send colleagues on the LIFT programme in the future with 94% saying they had seen how the programme had positively impacted on their colleague’s performance. 60% of participants said that the LIFT programme will have a positive impact on everything they do with colleagues and patients.

Our past year: Healthcare Management, Leadership & Innovation Spotlight on: Our past year: Healthcare Management, Leadership & Innovation Our Postgraduate Certificate (PGC) in ‘Healthcare Management, Leadership & Innovation’ is an exciting partnership between the NHS South West Leadership Academy and the Plymouth University Peninsula Schools of Medicine and Dentistry (PU PSMD), this PG Certificate stands alone but is also a core part of a newly-launched Masters programme at the University.

Working with our STP’s Bespoke Organisational development support Capacity and capability building Generic offers e.g. System leadership master class series: System Leadership emphasises particular leadership qualities required to effectively work across boundaries, to work with diverse groups of people, patients and staff. Working in a system and at the same time acting as a change agent within that system to improve its overall performance.
