One biopsy of soft tissue mass at the axillary zone: Malignant Mesothelioma (IHC: CK (+), Vimentin(+), NSE(+), Calrenitin (+), S100 (+), Desmin (-) One biopsy of the pleura: signet ring carcinoma? The patient died two days after Dr Kantrow’s consultation Was a final diagnosis established?

Was the patient smoking or inhaling something that could have aspergillus in it?

Patient of 59 years old Tissue diagnosis been made with cell block of the pericardial fluid appeared soon after the consultation causing cardiac tamponade requiring pericardial centesis. Symptomatic thrombosis of left femoral vein Adenocarcinoma, EGFR mut (-) Treatment: anticoagulant; Carbo + Pacli + Bevacizumab

Was this a slow onset disease? Was there fever or weight loss? Was a diagnosis established by lung biopsy?
