-Kitasoo Housing Department All home tenants and occupants living in Kitasoo XX Band Rentals, Kitasoo Band and Klemtu Social housing can you please come to the Band Office to update your housing files. All Housing files are to be updated annually. Please bring in your Status card (or even just the Status card number) for your HPP (Housing Participant Profile). Housing maintenance: All housing repairs & maintenance requests are to come through the Public Works/Housing Department for proper filing procedures. If you have any questions or concerns please call (250)839-1265 or come into the Band Office during office hours and ask for the Public Works/ Housing department to make any reports. Office hours are as follows: October 1st  – March 31st , 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. April 1st  to September 30th, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m In order to be eligible for Repairs, Maintenance and/or Replacement items you must: Have a Payback plan, and follow through with your monthly payments Have an up-to-date HPP (housing participant profile) rental agreement, etc. -Until we have a steady flow of rental payments coming in from your household we can only provide assistance in emergency cases, such as: No Heat/Hot Water, Propane leak, water leak, oil leak etc. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
