There are two processes available for Re-Recognition – Standard and Optional

Files require new Document Submission Form Policy (if required) New Proofs of Compliance No Electronic Submission Includes all standards which are in effect at the time of the on-site.

Optional Re-Recognition Texas Law Enforcement Best Practices Recognition Program Mid-Year Training Conference Optional Re-Recognition All the standards are reviewed on-site (no electronic submission) by on-site assessors, but fewer actual files are created. Only 45 file folders are created which include: Files require new Document Submission Form Policy (if required) New Proofs of Compliance

If lack of available on-site date pushes you past 4th year anniversary, automatic 90 day extension is approved. (May not be Re-Recognized at next Annual Conference if after the on site cut off for that year.)
