Membership Review responses from survey with top 4 officers; create plan to implement ideas and resolve any issues by November 1 (PR & Exec. Sec.) Fundraising – We need to reach outsiders. Specifically when it comes to raising funds to endow our buildings. Establish Endowment and Legacy Plan by November 1 (Valley Development Chairman or PR)

Ritual / Reunions Strive to CONFER all 29 degrees (PR & Exec. Sec.) Incorporate a degree introduction and orientation program (PR & Exec. Sec.) ______ to host Orient-wide reunion in Spring 2017 (Valley PR & Exec. Sec.) Plan on this also being the inaugural Grand Master’s Scottish Rite Reunion in honor of the sitting MWGM of the Grand Lodge of AF&AM of Missouri.
