White Paper This guideline is meant to provide basic information on how WECC staff and Peak RC prepare the study cases for model validation and performs steady-state and dynamic system model validation. The cases may be leveraged for use by its members, as applicable, to meet the MOD-033- 1 compliance.
Guidelines: White Paper After choosing event Peak do simulation of event using WSM. Two reasons to do so: Validation of WSM and to make sure that WSM represents events; WECC staff develop basecase based on WSM (case might need additional tuning for given footprint locally); Case posted on peakrc.com for PCs; PCs develop their own guidelines for R1 1.3 and 1.4 ;
Limitations: Impact of AGC
