Welcome to the Second Semester of Government

Bell Ringer #1 for 1-25/26-17 Reflect on the first semester and think about this semester. 1. Was last semester a good one for you? What can you do better? 2. What are you looking forward to this semester? Not looking forward to? Why? 3. What do you want to learn or experience in government this semester? Did you enjoy government last semester? The SWBAT set a baseline of what they know about the Executive Branch of the Government. Executive order An Executive Order is a directive, rule, or regulation that has the effect of law. The power to issue these orders, the ordinance power, arises from two sources: the Constitution and acts of Congress.
