Summer Reading The purpose of summer reading is to encourage students to develop an enjoyment for reading Students will read one of the novels from the list for their grade span Students in Honors and AP English will have an additional reading assignment, which will also be posted on the HCS website Students will complete a project on the book they select and submit on August 25, 2017
