The Magic Box I will put in the box A dream from a pig in a purple barn, Burning ice from the core of the Artic, A cold sun attacking a desert on the warmest day of the year. The never ending shadow of this very box, The yellow moon behind the puffiest cloud, Secret lies for no one to hear. A glimpse of my future for no one to see, A second sun burning the moon, The eighth day of the hottest week in Arabia. As small as a matchbox, As grey as a stallion, Made of lapaz, ice and diamond, As smooth as marble and transparent, Seal teeth and elephant tusks are what my boxes hinges are made of. With a water key and a lava lock, When they meet obsidian is made, If you’re the wrong person, You get a litre of water in the face, In a bottle it holds water, strawberries, confetti and cake.
