I Can Fly 7 weeks Academy Due to its success, Cathay Pacific is pleased to announce I Can Fly Canada - Vancouver Spring 2017 program. A program that offers Grade 11 high school students the opportunity to step behind the scenes of commercial aviation and explore various careers in this exciting industry.
