Presentation transcript:

Plan on no more than 15 minutes of talking then 5 minutes for questions Project title All Your Names

Quick reminder of your project This should be some quick visuals and a few keywords to remind everyone of what you are doing – you won’t spend a lot of time on this slide

What fieldwork and initial prototypes are you building on? Remind us briefly of fieldwork you did last quarter and so far this quarter – what did you learn and how are you carrying it forward? If you evaluated any prototypes last quarter or so far this quarter – what did you learn and how are you carrying it forward?

Quick overview of implementation plans What is your approach/architecture? What are the major components? Are there any important changes from what you originally planned?

What have you accomplished so far? Which components/capabilities have you implemented? Are all the major requirements taken care of? Provide a few details (the most interesting, novel, peculiar bits – skip the obvious)

Prototype Demonstration

Evaluation plan How will you know your solution is a good one? What criteria will you measure? How will you ensure that your solution solves the problem? Who are your target users for your first build? When will that be? Who are your target users for the final build?

What is there left to do? What are the components/capabilities that are not yet implemented? Do you foresee any major problems? What unknowns are left? How will you address completing these missing elements and mitigating risk?

Timeline for remainder of quarter
