Challenges We want SF JAM / HWU Connect to be the go-to source for specific social learning programs but we have competing technologies within our own company. We need to assist our learning leaders more succinctly how effective this social tool is so that they choose it over others. We need more use cases. We want to integrate the social learning tool where appropriate as part of our learning solutions while still abiding by the constructs of the organization, i.e. IT, operations. We want people to see that learning is no longer event-based but instead, through social learning, it is perpetual.

Questions for the Group SOLUTION. How are you using social, virtual tools within your organization to build trust and engagement? ADOPTION. In what application do you see the most traction of tool usage? For example, when connected to a program or group? when awareness of the tool is increased? ALIGNMENT. How are you measuring the success or failure of virtual tools? INFLUENCE. How do we get learning professionals to embrace informal learning? 1. xxx 2. xxx 3. xxx Notes: xxx Source: xxx
