Step 2: Official Statement of Status of Eligibility (SOE) Bureau of Educator Certification’s official evaluation for a certificate Mailed to you at the address currently on file Valid for 3 years from date prepared Used to pursue employment as a Florida educator 2013 Florida Educator Certification
