The depth of insight you have will determine your level of dominion to command
One of the deep things of God is the mystery of the Holy Communion
The Holy Communion is a blood covenant Blood covenant is the oldest known covenant in human and bible history. A covenant is between 2 people or 2 groups of people A covenant is always sealed in blood
Abrahamic Covenant The old Covenant The covenant that God made with Abraham was sealed in blood. Gen. 15, Gen. 17 Abraham became God’s confidant after the covenant Because of the covenant, Abimelech was not allowed to touch Sarah
Because of this covenant, God delivered the children of Israel from Egypt Israel was preserved in the wilderness. He was their physician! No army was strong enough, no wall was high enough to contain them
Their protection was guaranteed from enemies, pestilence and disease as long as they stayed under the covenant! They were asked to take the communion the night before they left Egypt! Exodus 12:11-13
It is based on the old covenant The New Covenant It is based on the old covenant It is a better covenant; atonement vs cleansing Jesus is the surety and guarantor of the new covenant (Heb. 7:22)
Jesus gave His blood and flesh to establish this covenant He wants us to remember Him whenever we take the communion (1Cor. 11:24). What do we remember He is our mediator, intercessor, advocate He took our sins, sickness and disease He is our high Priest He is our replacement or substitute
The blood of Jesus is represented by the Holy Communion Every time we take the communion, we are taking the blood of Jesus.
