Circular Economy In Belgium : Household Wastes generate electricity; ashes and scurries are valorized In Belgium : Tires, garage oil, batteries, cooking oil is collected and recycled In Wallonia : Cement kilns were the first to valorize heat and matter form toxic industrial waste streams
