1.Resources of Fuzhou folk dietary culture According to the cookers which were kept in the site of Minhou county, we can know that people steped into the age of cooking food instead of baking food 5000 years ago. Since the Ming dynasty, Fuzhou cuisine is developing gradually. Now the Fuzhou dietary culture is rich, and has a long history. It not only has the basic parts of many delicious snacks, but also has a unique minority nationality dietary culture, which makes the fuzhou diet richer and more splendid.

1.Resources of Fuzhou folk dietary culture There are more than 40 ethnic groups in Fuzhou, their different diet characteristics, dietary materials, tastes, taboos. All of these make great influences on people's life. Moreover, these foods meet the needs of tourists to some extent.

Then they play a small hole in the middle, with ropes together backing to the body, so that the soldiers carried as temporary dry food. because it was widely available to fill their stomachs, making contributions to fight Japanese. To commemorate Qi Jiguang, people called this biscuit “guangbing”.

3.Famous Snacks—Yu Ni(芋泥) Yu Ni is a sweetmeat, which is very popular among girls.
