28 years old lady, asymptomatic, incidental finding Congenital complete HB, pacing indicated if symptomatic or if asymtpomatic with wide QRS escape, ventricular dysfunction, prolonged QT, complex ventricular ectopy, pause > 3x base rate

34 years old lady, asymptomatic Wenkebach HB

34 years old athlete HB related to increase vagal tone with prolonged PP and PR interval

54 years old gentleman with diabetes mellitus Junctional escape from hyperkalaemia

84 years old lady with history of AF Digoxin overdose with AF, slow venrtricular rhythm and bidirecitonal ventricular ectopy
