Executive Branch Includes the President, Vice President & his cabinet. The President serves a term of four years & is limited to two terms.

Executive Power The President is Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. military The President executes the laws & can approve or veto proposed laws. The President makes treaties & appoints judges.
