Spiritual Impediments Pride… the attitude that you are too good and that following God’s word is unnecessary for you… the attitude of being so afraid of failing that you do not put forth the effort to fully follow God’s word for fear of appearances… Personal Sins… Sins of commission (things you ought NOT to do). Sins of omission (things you OUGHT to have done).
