Dermatology, what is it? Dermatologists help prevent skin conditions by educating people on protection and prevention Like other doctors, they prescribe medications to treat their patients condition They take tissue biopsies to check for any abnormal cell growth

The core task of dermatologists are : Diagnose skin conditions such as skin cancer and others Treat conditions using creams, medications, ultra-violet light, or lasers May perform surgery to treat patience Help patients deal with cosmetic problems, such as acne Educate people on skin protection
Technology impact? Technology impacting dermatology helped it greatly for looking for any imperfections, infections, or anything that’s coming up on the skin
Any hazards to this? Doing this job is a hazard to the worker and the patient if the infection or the growth can be spread to other people. For cutting skin for biopsies its important to know where your cutting and what your cutting for the safety for the patient

Is it seasonal? No its all year round until its near Christmas so that you can have time with your family ie;2 days
What part-time or volunteer should kids do who are wanting to be in this job? Any volunteer jobs that are to help other people will be best so that you can get comfortable with helping out
Advantages and disadvantages about the job in my opinion Well, I get to help people, give them advice on how to help people The disadvantages are that I cant get enough time with my family since I need 40 to 50 hours a week
Do I have the skills? Since I am still young I don’t have all the skills to be in this job.
