10 things that happen spiritually when we give willingly (2 Corinthians 9) Main Point: We “reap” generously (9:6). How? God loves us, enjoying our cheerful attitude (9:7). God gives us all we need to excel in serving him (9:8). God produces eternal impact and reward (9:9). God increases our ability to give (9:10a). God increases our spiritual impact (“harvest” 9:10b). God enables us to live generously in many ways (9:11a). People will thank God (9:11b-12). People will praise God for our obedient generosity (9:13). People will pray for us because of our generosity (9:14). Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift (9:15)!
