How to face crises Safety Our goals: To ensure safety of the National Library, of staff, visitors, building and collection. To achieve our overall goal we will counteract unwanted influence on our business continuity and safety and security.

Crisis control (preparation and response) Preparation: to prepare for crises Response: decisions about how to act on or how to confront crises (strategic and operational)
