CONCLUSIONS AFTER PRESENTATION Remove XML CLOB to Binary conversion from Feb 2017 upgrade http://ictjira.alma.cl/browse/ICT-8772 As discussed during the Oracle 12c upgrade session, EOC need to be able to develop a regression test suite for this change and schedule it accordingly. If this cannot be done by Jan 2017, there will be no impact to the Oracle upgrade, but using XML CLOB feature will be at risk as the feature reached the end of life in Oracle.
