Ballot Paper for Onsite Voting Bulk ballot papers make the vote count easier Each ballot shows the number of votes for your membership tier Associate: 1 vote Very Small: 2 votes Small: 4 votes Medium: 8 votes Large: 16 votes Very Large: 32 votes Extra Large: 64 votes Members may split their vote by “swapping" their ballot paper for a set of single-vote papers equal to their total voting entitlement

Onsite Voting Procedure All ballot papers are stamped Please mark up to 3 boxes with an “X” Ballots are invalid if: No boxes are marked More than 3 boxes are marked Ambiguous marking Call for scrutinizers for vote count ( APNIC Members or anyone voting) Ballot box at registration desk Onsite voting open until 14:00 Result announced at about 15:20 Scrutinizers cannot be APNIC Members or those are voting for the election.
