Criminal Justice Team We are: Court Liaison Workers who support vulnerable adults with mental health difficulties through the Criminal Justice System, at the earliest point of contact. There are Specialist Social Workers available for your longer-term needs. You must be aged 18 years or older. Based at St Mary's Community Hospital Campus, Block A 1st Floor, Milton Road, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO3 6AD

Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHT) The Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team CRHT) is a team of mental health professionals working within Solent NHS Trust. We are a team of experienced Mental Health Nurses, Support Workers, Doctors and a Psychologist. We aim to provide safe and effective home based assessments and treatment for adults experiencing urgent mental health problems. Where appropriate, these services are provided as an alternative to hospital admission. CRHT also act as the Single Point of Access (SPA) for Adult Mental Health referrals. Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service (Substance Misuse) Solent NHS Trust no longer provides the Hampshire Substance Misuse Service. Based at Baytrees Residential Unit: St James’ Hospital, Locksway Road, Milton, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO4 8LD

Mental Health Recovery Teams Provision of core services to adults of working age with severe and enduring mental health problems. Based at St Marys Community Hospital Campus, Block A, 1st and 3rd floors, Milton Road, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO3 6AD

Oakdene Adult Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit Oakdene Unit provides Inpatient Mental Health Rehabilitation for people who are experiencing severe and enduring mental health difficulties. Based at 1 Oakdene Road, Southsea, Hampshire, PO4 8FF

The Orchards AMH Inpatient Unit The Orchards Unit forms part of the Acute Care Pathway, with two adult mental health wards - Hawthorn Ward (Acute Admission) and Maple Ward (Psychiatric Intensive Care). Based at The Orchards, Locksway Road, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO4 8FE
