Bath

●The Roman Baths - discovered in the late 19th century - opened in 1897.  - were in use for 400 years. 

The Terrace is lined with statues of Roman Governors and military leaders. Hot water at a temperature of 46°C has existed for thousands of years. Romans believed this spring was the work of the ancient gods. People from across the Roman Empire came to visit the sacred spring.
