Adoption of new BSA Online Registration System Results (as of June 14): 151 applications completed (71% Youth, 29% adults) – from 75 Units Known Limitations/ Problems: Last Month’s stmt proved wrong – Unit URL & QR code work – regardless of BeAScout “Apply Status” being turned. Youth Application is ALWAYS ON. Notification problem since early April – allegedly now fixed: Invitation Manager AND Application Manager NOT emailing Unit or District Leaders when lead comes in. Email notifications go out TUESDAY and FRIDAY only Leads are shown in the Managers when leaders log into My.Scouting.org Keep a watch on this – whether or not it works as expected Replying from Invitation Manager to Prospects sends them the application URL. If you want to have discussion with them, do it on the side. Reports from the field?
