CAST STONE SERIZE PROPOSAL - PPFRC, GFRC - GFRC MH

Ⅰ. Introduction Natural stones are more scarce due to the indiscriminate development of stalagmite and stone depletion. Therefore, the efforts of mankind to give the natural beauty and the grace of stone to the building become more difficult. Since 2002, Stonehammer Co., Ltd. has been leading the market by making artificial facade stone with natural materials such as inorganic materials and special cement processing technology in accordance with the times and demands of the times. We have developed an artificial facade stone which can be adapted to any style and design from stone to high-tech building as well as modern interpretation and reproduction of ancient shrine and past stone building, and has improved price competitiveness and material efficiency. . The products we produce are the most beautiful, classy and sophisticated products, and we want to impress not only domestic but also world. ① PPFRC (CAST LIME STONE) We are operating the production factory directly and implementing the expensive natural lime stone by replacing the existing artificial lime stone, automation production method and advanced processing technology. It can be cast in various molds to produce any type of architecture and sculptures at a low price, and it is producing representative products of artificial stone market which is easy to construct. ② GFRC(Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) & GRC This product is our next flagship product developed by the demand of new material to develop and replace existing GFRC. Demand is increasing rapidly around the world as an exterior material for futuristic buildings. It is designed and developed by our company to compensate the price and inefficient construction of existing GFRC.

Ⅲ. GFRC(Glass-Fiber Reinforced Concrete) 1. Introduction of GFRC ☐ GFRC Glossary of terms GFRC stands for Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete. The dictionary meaning is composite material which is reinforced by mixing glass fiber with cement mortar or concrete, and it has been put to practical use by developing alkali resistant glass. GFRC is the same word as GRC, and the internationally accepted term is GRC. GFAC is a product made by adding and mixing Alumina cement which is the fastest cement technology of our existing GFRC, and it is a product complementing the shortcomings of existing GFRC. ☐ Characteristic of GFRC GFRC is produced based on the chemical principle which maximizes the physical performance such as bending strength, tensile strength and impact strengthening while realizing high strength with alkali resistant glass fiber adhered to cement. It is cement composite material that realizes formability. It has been used worldwide since it was first developed in the late 1960s, and has been widely used in buildings that require high formability and durability according to the designer's intention. The strength is determined by the addition ratio of glass fiber, the maximum strength is about 12,000 psi, and China is the world's largest producer now. ☐ GFRC Production method Basically, durability enhancing additives such as silica (Micro-Silica) and kaolin (Meta-kaoline) and aging accelerators such as acrylic polymer can be used together with cement and glass fiber as main materials, and agglomerates such as sand and gravel are mixed with water to make them. GFAC, developed and developed by our company, uses Alborg Portland White Cement EN 197-1 cement as its main material instead of basic cement which requires delicate and perfect production technology.
