Endowment Fund Reporting Enhances the reporting of endowment fund financial information for departmental administrators Other reports, available in Vista Plus, complement the endowment fund reports by providing transaction level detail in support of account balances Monthly Accounts Payable Distribution Year-to-date Accounts Payable Distribution Gross Job Distribution Telephone detail available from Pinnacle If you or your staff do not currently have access to Vista Plus or Pinnacle please complete a service request

Endowment Fund Reports in Vista Plus Summary Balance Sheet Summary Income Statement Budget Variance Report

Shows investment market value of fund by net asset class for current year and displays overall beginning balance Cash Balance represents difference between endowment payout less expenditures changed to fund Line items are available for loan receivable balances if applicable. Change in Total Assets equal to Net Change on Summary Income Statement

Shows all revenues and expenses of fund for fiscal year Net Change is equal to Change in Total Assets on Summary Balance Sheet

Shows budget and actual for spendable revenues and expenditures of endowment fund for current month and fiscal year-to-date Spendable Revenues represent endowment payout and net assets released from restriction Ideally, budget and actual would agree, however this 1% difference is due to rounding issues during allocation and distribution process Equal to spendable Cash Balance on Summary Balance Sheet
