Important information for students – Richmond School & Sixth Form College Important information for students – Exams will take place in the main hall Make a note of the date and times of all of your exams and bring the correct equipment for each one (know the items you must have ie clear pencil case, black pen and the items you shouldn’t have ie Tippex/revision notes) You should go to tutor every morning - if you have an exam period 1 please come to the hall for a 9.15am prompt start (9am on Thursday) If you are late to school please make your way immediately to the hall Bottled water allowed (with label removed please)

Richmond School & Sixth Form College Hand mobile phones/Ipods/Smartwatches into Student reception before every exam Coats/bags in lockers or store room – do not leave valuables unattended Check the seating plan before every exam (corridor window) Wait to be called into the hall – you should remain silent at times when in the hall Listen carefully to instructions. If you have a question please put your hand up Wait to be dismissed (row by row, collect belongings from the store room, go to next lesson, break or lunch as quickly as possible) Any communication could be classed as cheating

Students with Access Arrangements Richmond School & Sixth Form College Students with Access Arrangements extra time only – you will sitting your exams in the main hall. Please place your extra time card on your exam desk so it can be seen by the invigilators all other Access Arrangements ie reader/writer/computer – students will receive an individual timetable stating room/times
