Towards faster production rate I now have a phone meeting with IHEP, to be enlarged to include NIIGraphite and NIITAP. IHEP now working double shifts to assembly spines as fast as possible NIITAP have found a company to supply equipment required to speed up TPG polishing 5 TPG spines are being made with 20um thicker machined end sections Should increase yield at NIITAP Still no 2nd laser cutter at NIITAP – rate limiting problem 21/04/2004 R.
