What is MMSC? Million Monthly Server Calls (MMSC): one (1) Million Server Calls per month. A "Server Call" represents a client tagged, tracked visitor initiated event that passes data to the Program and is processed for one profile or Client ID. A server call processed by multiple profiles or Client IDs will be counted as a unique server call for each. To get a good idea of the number of server calls that you need to purchase, take the page views and calculate this by 1.5. This is not an exact science, but it’s a way to ensure that an appropriate contract is purchased.

Part types Subscription parts Monthly tracking (e.g., “I get x MSCs per month) Overage – associated with most subscription parts Daily fee for partial month – to bill from provisioning to end of month (all billing periods aligned to end of month) Service Level Agreement Separate signed addendum No additional fee, but part number must be added to quote if approved

Their usage is as follows: January: 9, February 9, March 14 = 32 total which is 2 over licensed volume of 3x10 MSC = 30.  April Overage invoice will be 2 MSCs Custom smoothing periods are available (e.g. 6 or 12 months)
