Our Digital Journey….. So What is Instant Bond Indicator? An additional upfront step (step 1) in the HL online application form that gives you and your client an immediate indication of: What loan amount Nedbank can extend The range of instalment required for this loan The estimated costs associated with the loan NB: Instant Bond Indicator (IBI) is NOT a pre approval and a full credit assessment will still need to be performed as required by NCA.

What does this mean for our clients? 1. Peace of mind – I can shop for a property knowing what Nedbank is prepared to offer 2. Shorter application process – I no longer need to complete the entire application if the result is not what I had in mind 3. Less Anxiety – I no longer need to wait for an answer from the bank

What does this mean for our sales teams? 1. Saves time – I no longer need to sit with the client and go through the entire process only to have the application declined at a later stage 2. Elevated Service Offering – I am seen by my clients as offering additional value through this tool 3. Better quality of deals submitted– non value adding applications are removed and the deals I send to home loans have a higher likelihood of being approved
