OCS for Hotel Business Suites cash or debit card based OCS can be utilized in hotel business centers in a number of ways – from totally self service to staff controlled. Hotel guests and others can insert cash or purchase a debit card. Charge for Photocopies Faxes PC time of use Computer prints OCS SA/TV – Time/Print Vending software Coin or Coin bill Debit card system – Magnetic of chip (smart)

OCS SA/TV Time Vending OCS can charge for the use of desktop or per application. The first XX minutes are charged at one rate and thereafter at another rate. The account button is optional and can be used to bill a room for printing and time on a PC.

To pay with cash or debit card OCS instructs the user to insert card or cash. When someone PRINTS OCS also pops up with the same screen showing a per page and total cost. The user then inserts cash or card and the before and after balance appears.

Additional Software Features TIME VEND Open several applications at once – charge for each – or charge for the overall desktop View time remaining – and balance remaining End of Session Warning PRINT VEND Charge different rate for Black and White and Color prints REPORTS OCS has a full complement of reports and totals

Photocopies/Faxes and/or printing A vend device – such as a coin op or card reader is connected to the copier. With the correct interface the same coin or card system can also control faxes sent. The copier can be used as the fax machine and printer. If it has that capability.
