Connecting … # How do you connect with your reader ? # How do you connect with yourself ?

2- define your main character. 3- focus on the primal . Connecting with your reader :- 1- define your audience . 2- define your main character. 3- focus on the primal . 4- accept that you cannot please everyone.

All conversation are social activities in which we are expected to play our parts. - In conversation; Speaking and listening , Answering question - Conversation create that judge yourself and reader - roles are worth thinking about before you write a word. - in early drafts you will see many mistake ,won't easily fix them in the final one. - Tried to imagine “what you like and dislike?” - Adjust our roles and behavior to repair mistakes and misunderstanding as they occur.

understanding your role : Write your essay in your own voice there are three better reasons for offering those facts: 1-i've found some new and interesting information. 2-i've found a solution to an important practical problem. 3-i've found an answer to an important Question.

Imagining your readers role: Establish your side of the relationship with your readers when you adopt one of those three roles: *Entertain me Share some new facts or a funny story with them. In planning your talk, you judge that what’s at stake is just a diverting. Speculation: You meet your side of the bargain when you share whatever you think might interest them. *Help me solve my practical problems To succeed in this role, you must help them solve a practical problem.

* Help me understand something better Your academic readers will almost always adopt this third role. They will think you have fulfilled your side of the social contract only when you treat them as who they think they are: scholars interested in in greater knowledge and better understanding.

How to plan your project: If you are starting from scratch, your first task is to find a research problem that might be worth solving. Here are four steps to that end: 1-find a topic specific enough to let you master a reasonable amount of information on it in the time you have; not. 2-question that topic until you find question that catch your interest. 3-determine the kind of evidence your reader will expect you to offer in support of your answer. 4-determine whether you can find those data. There’s no point starting research on a topic until you know you have a good chance of finding data on it. Once you think you have enough data to support at least a plausible answer to your question, you’ll be ready to assemble an argument that makes your case, then to plan, draft, and revise it.

Conclusion: #connecting: - Connecting with your readers. - Connecting with yourself. # understanding your rules: - Founding some new and interesting information. - Founding a solution to an important practical problem. - Founding an answer to an important question. #imagining your reader’s role: - Entertain me. - Help me solve my practical problem. - Help me understand something better. # how to plan your project.
