OPTIONAL Do Course Evaluations During Class Next slides help instructors offer their course evaluations online during class time. The new system displays well on laptops and mobile devices. No apps are needed. Instructor can see live response rates (via Blue dashboard access thru myWSU: my.wsu.edu)

Instructions: Course Evaluation in Class Use your laptop or mobile device 1. Log in to myWSU 2. Find the “Blue Course Evaluations” Dashboard 3. Choose this class from the list.

Online Course Evaluations during Class Turn OFF any streaming you have, on any device with you. Music, movies, youtube, etc. If you have any bandwidth concerns, ask students to do this. It may not be an issue.

Online Course Evaluations during Class Instructors CAN see live response rates now CANNOT see results until after grades are turned in Results will NOT be connected to anyone’s name Instructor: log in to zzusis, choose the Blue Course Evaluation dashboard in the middle column, and then choose Task: Response Rates

Next Steps Online Course Evaluation during Class SUBMIT (when you are done) or SAVE (if you need more time) your course evaluation -- see bottom of the page. TAKE or FINISH your course evaluation outside of class time Return using myWSU or the email invitation Need Help? Email: esg.blue@wsu.edu When the time period is up, show this slide. Anyone can SAVE their eval if they haven’t finished. Students also have an invitation in their wsu email, and will get reminder emails if they haven’t submitted their evaluation.
